First licensed to sell in 1984 Nancy Burtch offers 32 year of professional full time real estate experience. She has consistently ranked in the top 10% and is a consistent member of the 100% club. In 1990 she became a real estate broker offering a higher level of expertise which she passes along to her clients. Working for both buyers and sellers she offers PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY with full colour brochures and advertising, to even virtual tours for sellers. A full time in-house mortgage specialist offering the best rates for buyers is also at her disposal for your convenience. Professional home staging is also available if required.
